Anyone know of a good Mysql Query Browser?

Hey. Anyone know of a good mysql query browser that works under linux? I'm trying to put together some rather complex SQL for a project and I'm having problems wrapping my head around some of the more complicated SQL. I've tried mysqlcc (mysql control panel) and the linux mysql query browser and they're not really what I'm looking for. I'd prefer a graphical representation of where clauses and stuff that makes the logic look graphical so I can connect the logic and make sense of it all and/or see easily if/when something's messed up. Please reply in the comments below if you know of something.
